Best service ever room was clean and smelled nice lady at the front desk was amazing at her job very helpful and considerate always had a smile on her face. I would come here again. We have stayed in quite a few different motels over the years. The Motel 6 in Charlotte-Coliseum NC is by far the best. The 1st night the desk clerk worked hard to make sure we had the correct room. The rooms are very clean. The staff are always helpful and friendly. We have had issues with roaches, but I can tell it is from neighboring rooms. The staff are working to get rid of them. So far, there haven't been any loud neighbors. I would definitely recommend this motel.
The most courteous wonderful staff. AR very kind and respectful, always there to help. No matter why clean rooms beautiful fenced in yard For the kids to run and play, they are pet friendly. They have a beautiful pergola with a grilling area. Beautiful view of the trees from the front of the building. Tucked away from everyone else. I find this place to be wonderful. And there are staff to be the best staff I have seen in any hotel in a very long time.
I want to start this off by saying Stephanie and Tatiana you two are some of the best front desk associates Ive ever come across. You ladies helped me in a way that you don’t even realize was needed. Thank you. PAY THEM MORE. Now my stay was pleasant. Rooms werent super clean and could use another exterminator visit, but with this being an older property and the adjacent property being dirtier, I get it. Location is perfect if your looking for somewhere close to the interstate with restaurants and gas stations next door. Staff is accommodating and friendly. Pleasant. They are pet friendly here and there’s a big open field on the back end of the building where dogs can run around and kill some energy. All in all the service outweighed the properties flaws.
Best motel I have stayed in Charlotte. Best motel 6 I have ever stayed in. Beautiful rooms nice grounds, picnic area for grilling out. The staff is absolutely phenomenal, very friendly, very helpful, all the staff members Go far and beyond to make you stay amazing. I only come here when visiting Charlotte. Five stars I recommend this place to everybody,prices are great, rooms are huge!!! You will not be disappointed!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This hotel was great! I love that it is pet friendly and off the main road. Close to a good spot for dinner and next to the gas station. The rooms were clean for the most part, comfy beds and pillows. Loved how spacious they were. One minor issue was the overhead light not working but we really didn't mind at all. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back for our next passing by.
